When to order your pastries? The ideal timing depending on the occasion
One of the questions we get asked most often is: "How much time do I have left to order?" The answer depends a lot on the type of event; here's an overview to help you plan without stress.
Birthday or small family celebration:
For a cake, we recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance . This allows us to prepare your creation carefully and respond appropriately to your requests. Of course, you can also plan your order several weeks or months in advance, especially if you have a custom design in mind.
An order for same-day delivery?
For same-day orders, it is not possible to create a fully customized cake. However, subject to availability, you can choose a cake already displayed at the counter in one of our branches and add a small personalized touch , such as a message or a simple decoration.

Corporate event or happy hour:
Large orders (individual boxes, sweet treats, display stands of petits fours) require logistical coordination regarding quantity, guest allergies, and delivery to a specific address. The earlier you notify us, the better we can adapt to your budget and constraints.
An order for same-day delivery?
For last-minute requests, it is also possible to place a bulk order using products available in store. Depending on our stock, we can prepare large boxes of macarons, pastries, trompe-l'œil cakes, and viennoiseries.

Wedding or major event:
As mentioned in our guide to wedding cakes, these orders are ideally planned several weeks or months in advance, especially during peak season.
Peak periods to be aware of: the weeks around Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day are particularly busy! If your event falls during one of these periods, contact us as soon as possible!
