01. INSPIRATION

02. VALIDATION
Within 24-48 hours a member of our team will contact you to confirm the order by phone or email and make any necessary changes.
03. DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit on all orders and full payment 72 hours before cake production.
Payment can be made online, by Interac e-Transfer, and in-store. This is the final step before production begins.
04. COLLECTION
At the agreed date and time, come and pick up your custom-made cake at the shop located in Côte-des-Neiges.
If you have requested a delivery service, our team will take care of bringing the cake and assembling it at the event venue on the day.

For any personalized order, we invite you to place it at least 14 days in advance, to allow us to select the materials and ingredients necessary to create your item.
A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 72 hours prior to the pickup date.

Yes, all our creations at Duc de Lorraine are fully personalized. We make custom cakes and pastries according to your wishes (style, flavors, decorations, toppers, etc.).

Yes, Duc de Lorraine offers delivery for special orders, as well as on-site support for your special events. Our pastry chef can travel to assist you on your big day.
Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and will be confirmed after we receive your order details.
