Return and refund policy
At Duc de Lorraine, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain conditions apply.
Food products (pastries, viennoiseries, cakes, prepared meals)
All our products are perishable, so all sales are final.
No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
If you notice a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with proof of purchase and, if possible, photos of the product.
After verification, we will be able to offer:
a product replacement
in-store credit
or a refund, depending on the situation
Special orders and custom cakes
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance (or depending on the type of order).
No refund will be issued for errors in the details provided by the customer (spelling, flavor choice, date, etc.).
Non-food products (merchandise, accessories)
Non-food items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Online orders
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate information (address, date, time of pickup).
Duc de Lorraine is not responsible for errors related to incorrect information provided during the ordering process.
Allergies and dietary restrictions
Although we take all necessary precautions, our products may contain or come into contact with allergens (nuts, gluten, dairy products, etc.).
No refund will be given in case of allergic reaction if it was not mentioned at the time of ordering.
